Don't give excuses that I do it for stress relief. The more you do for short time pleasures the more you feel guilty.

Many other side effects are there too too much excessive porn can lead you to objectify woman as a sexual object. Rather than seeing her as a woman.

Solution to all these problems:-

  1. Follow the No-Fap challenge.
  2. It can't be changed Overnight.
  3. Take time first control yourself to stay away from erotic pictures for at least one day.
  4. Try 2nd day too.
  5. If you can challenge then you can go for 7 days straight.
  6. Don't worry if you get Nightfalls (Wet Dreams).
  7. Do some regular exercises at Morning time.
  8. Stay busy on your hobbies.

There is an app in Playstore named Rewire Companion you can check it out. This will help you to keep track of your days and it also rewards you with achievements. There are many other apps too that's your choice but I personally use this app.












You can see those achievements there are more days that will help you, it consists of 1000 days if you can complete it. Don't believe me just try it by yourself and see the energy in your body recovering daily.
